Can we drop off merchandise that we would like to get rid of?
We don't normally purchase individuals items but we can offer help and advice on items you want to sell.
Do you put items on hold for customers?
We can put items on hold for a period of 24 hours.
What are the rules for hiring vintage items?
We have set hire prices for our hires, charged by the day (24 hour period). If late with returns an automatic charge of an additional day is charged as often this means we cannot then ready the items for the next customers. If there is any damage to items upon return a clearly displayed replacement fee will be charged.
