Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Indemnity Policy Effective Date: 21.07.2025 This Cancellation and Indemnity Policy (“Policy”) governs all bookings made with Beautiful World Interiors (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for any privately scheduled online session (“Session”). By booking a Session, you (“Client” or “you”) agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this Policy. 1. Booking and Payment 1.1. All Sessions must be booked through our official website or authorized platforms. 1.2. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm and secure your Session. 1.3. Sessions are considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment and a confirmation email from us. 2. Cancellation by Client 2.1. Cancellation Notice Period • Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@beautifulworldinteriors.com or through our booking platform. • The following refund policy applies: Notice Given Before Scheduled Session Refund Eligibility More than 48 hours 50% refund Less than 48 hours No refund 2.2. Late Arrival or No-Show • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to a Session, the Session may be cancelled at our discretion and considered a no-show. • No-shows are not eligible for refund or rescheduling. 2.3. Rescheduling • You may request to reschedule a Session once, provided the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. • Rescheduling is subject to availability and confirmation by us. • Additional reschedule requests will incur a fee. 3. Cancellation by Company 3.1. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a Session at our discretion, including due to unforeseen circumstances or technical issues. 3.2. In the event of a cancellation by us, you will be offered the option to reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund. 4. Indemnity and Liability 4.1. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Beautiful World Interiors its affiliates, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: • Your misuse of our services, • Violation of this Policy or applicable laws, or • Any act or omission by you during the use of our services. 4.2. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the services. 4.3. Our total liability for any claim related to a Session shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that Session. Please read full Ts&Cs
